I am a medical transcriptionist and currently working as Medical Transcriptionist at Islamabad Diagnostic Center PVT Ltd. I have 10 years of experience in Health Care Organizations. 7 years experience as a Medical Transcriptionist and. 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
I am writing to express my interest in position that is currently available at your firm. I am a highly experienced professional with over 10 Years’ experience in the field of Health Care. I, have started job when I was doing Bachelor study (B.S Hons) in Aadil Hospital as receptionist in March 2013, I have started part time job to bear the study expenses.
I had worked in Aadil hospital for 10 Years with passage of time and in view of my work performance the Management of the Aadil Hospital assign me more duties like Female Assistant Diagnostic (FAD), Medical Transcriptionist.

Hospital is completely equipped hospital in Lahore and has high Tech equipment’s including CT scan, MRI, EEG, EMG, Holter monitoring, Echocardiography, Color Doppler, Ultrasound, Eye laser, Surgical Laser, Cystoscopies, Laparoscopes &
• Endoscopes of all types.
Hospital has a Complete Department for Mortuary &
• Funeral Services this department is working to send the Human Remains internationally like Saudi Arabai, UK, USA, Canada, Nigeria, Denmark, and London etc.
In December 2019, the management of the Aadil Hospital DHA Lahore upgrade me as Personnel Assistant Office (PSO) of the CEO & Administrative Assistant.
I have gain lot of experience in Aadil Hospital as Administrative Assistant my responsibilities were Scheduling appointments, Prepare patient charts, Communicating with patients, Maintain meeting minutes, Patient care, Respond to emails, Answering phones, Electronic medical records, Arrange for hospital admissions, Maintaining patient records, Gathering patient information, Greeting patients.
Office my responsibilities were there Managing diaries, Dealing with enquiries, Respond to official emails, Receiving and assisting patients, Arranging travel, Answer phone calls, Greet patients.
I had work there also as Assistant Funeral Director to Repatriate the Human Remains. As AFD my duties were to prepare all documentation, deal with the embassy to issuance the NOC, co-ordinate with cargo for Airway Bill (AWB), arrangements for bath & Caffan of the deceased, arrangements for the Embalming as per IATA requiring.
In March 2020, the CEO of the Hospital becomes Honorary Consul for Philippines Lahore, Punjab Pakistan. He asked me to join him as Administrative Assistant in Philippines Consulate Lahore. I have joined him and gain lot of experience in my role.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Answer and direct phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, Develop and maintain a filing system.

I am working as a Medical Transcriptionist upon my work experience. I didn't have a relevant Degree as a Medical Transcriptionist. I gained the experience with the help of ALLAH (SWT) and hard work.
