Iltaf Mashwani

I am M.Sc. in “City & Regional Planning” from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore with extensive trainings and working experience of more than 30 years in the field of urban planning, layout/master plans, urban land management, resettlement planning, housing colony, recovery plans, improvements plans, peripheral development plans, micro town plans, revenue/cadastral mappings, infrastructures, reconstruction, rehabilitation and resettlement issues, route optimization and feasibility study, socio-economic and housing, transportations, commercials surveys, community mobilization, monitoring, evaluation and development.

I started my career after graduating in City and Regional Planning (CRP) with a leading National and International consulting firms. When I was posted at PMU (PUDB Govt. of NWFP), I worked on Second Urban Development Project (SUDP) and Community Infrastructure Need Assessment Project (CIP) funded by the Asian Development Bank. My services included the revision and updating of outline development plan for Peshawar and six Intermediate cities of NWFP.

During this period, I worked with multidisciplinary team of local and international consultants.
