Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Executive of the company, and in certain issues to the Board of Directors.

Correspondence and negotiations with International Carriers for Incoming and Outgoing traffic rates. These carriers include global Tier 1 carriers such as MCI (Verison), IDT, Net2phone etc. Reviewing and negotiating International A-Z with these carriers is also a part of the job.
Looking after these carriers including billing and recovering payments against billing on weekly basis as well as monthly basis. Managing reconciliations and dispute resolutions with the international partners.
