Joined National Petro Carbon as General Manager Plant & PROJECT. National Petro Carbon is located in PORT QASIM AREA behind PAKISTAN STEEL. At the time of joining it was producing about 2 to 2.5 tons/hour of CARBON BLACK powder (a raw material used in tyre industry mainly). Under my command it passed through a rigorous process of BMR and EXPANSION.

• Added 2 reactors, 2 air pre-heaters, 1 waste heat recovery boiler and other related equipment
• Increased production capacity from 2 to 2.5 tons/hour to 7 tons per hour of different grades of carbon black
• Managed HUGE WATER COMPLEX CONSISTING OF MAIN WATER RESERVOIR, BUFFER/SURGE TANKS SERIES OF DEDICATED PUMPS, COOLING TOWERS AND OTHER WATER CONSERVATIVE SYSTEMS
