KFUEIT offers a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (BSSE) program. The program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to develop software applications, manage and maintain software systems, and work as part of a software engineering team. The BSSE program usually takes four years to complete. The curriculum covers software development methods, engineering principles, computer architecture, and system analysis. Students are also expected to take programming, database management, and software architecture courses. In the program's final year, students complete a capstone project to demonstrate their knowledge and skills developed throughout the program. Graduates of the BSSE program will be prepared for various software engineering positions in organizations such as software development firms, IT consulting firms, or software companies. They will also be equipped to pursue advanced studies in software engineering. I did my BS in 2022.
