I am working here as a safety officer and major responsibilities are:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards at site.
- Investigate incidents, recommend corrective actions and maintain detailed records.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs for all project personnel.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures.
- To monitor and implementation of Environmental and Health policy.
- To identify and assess all the possible risks and hazards related to the construction activities and provide safety measure in the mitigation of these risks.
Stylers International Limited, Lahore, Pakistan (Dec 2021 - May 2022)
Worked here as a Chemical Store Supervisor. My primary responsibilities were:
- Storage of various chemicals according to their physical and chemical properties.
- Following chemicals compatibility chart to avoid any chemical reaction.
- Maintaining minimum Reorder Level (ROL) of chemicals for continuous production.
- Strictly following the first IN first Out (FIFO) rule while issuing chemicals to the production department.
Pak - Arab Oil Refinery (PARCO) Limited (June-July - 2017)
- 06 weeks Internship at Diesel Hydro Desulfurization (DHDS) unit of Pak-Arab Oil Refinery (PARCO), District Muzaffargarh, Punjab, Pakistan.
- During the internship, the line tracing and detailed study of the unit, chemical reactor, catalyst, reaction mechanism, and catalyst deactivation mechanism were thoroughly studied.
- Understanding the HSE department's role in maintaining the plant site's safety.
