Hey, doing customer services for last 3 years. Listening customers their concerns solving them and helping them is my job b2b is what i deal basically, on the telephone and face to face as well. Familiar with UK taxi laws And UK taxi softwares. Can handle accounts as well. And do basic needed operational tasks in any field on daily basis. relation building and caring it working on it is one of the daily task i do.
Worked for 3 years as customer services representative (operator) for UK Taxi companies. currently woking in a UK taxi company as an operator and a dispatcher. Handling all the messy drivers and jobs to be covered on time is such a difficult task. Receiving orders, booking a job and dispatch drivers and delivery boys in UK many cities is my job softwares used for such purposes are on my finger tips.
Also handling an annoyed customer who‘ve just faced delay and sending them back happily is one of my speciality.
Did my matriculation from high school and afterwards went to collage for higher studies, my studies are not completed but I’ve frozen my studies for some time.
