Directly Responsible for total Time Management throughout the Project life cycle. Developing Master Work Schedule for the Project, monitoring,
reporting, issue alerts to all concern parties to achieve targets/milestones dates and assure proper implementation of the plans at site. Monitor and recommendations provided to all concern parties about resources management and deployments. Follow up on the Submittal and procurement logs by updating.

Developed and monitor project cashflow and periodically forecast for the Client to facilitate immediate arrangements.
Evaluate and negotiate time extensions claims for all circumstances or due to change in scope of works against the real scope of works.
Assisting in Cost Analysis and Budget preparation & controlling. Independent Evaluate all financial proposal including SWIs, VOs & RFPs. Assisting in monthly evaluation of the contractor's & consultant progress payment.
Coordinating between on-going projects and project management teams for resource management, cost controlling and monitoring actual work progress against internal approved work schedules and allocated budgets.
Responsible as a Cost Controller for Sanitary Renovation project in Salwa, Kuwait City Maintenance Project and Gulf University Science and Technology
(Cost Plus contract) project.
Negotiate and finalize deals with different supplier / sub-contractor, facilitating preparation and final negotiation and awarding the subcontract.
/ Supply agreements. Responsible for the total subcontract administration on the project including correspondences and disputes / conflict resolving.
Kept a proper documentation to protect the rights of company in case of any future claims/disputes.
Followed-up with Legal Department for on-going claims and cases in courts by supporting with required justifications or substantial information required.
