Routine Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance activities and respond promptly to equipment faults to minimize downtime.
Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose breakdown issues, fit new parts and verify equipment functionality to maintain production efficiency.
Procurement Management: Oversee procurement of monthly requirements, fittings and components to support continuous operations.
Warehouse Oversight: Control maintenance tools, manage the Equipment Warehouse and ensure proper handling of equipment.
Electric Bike Project: Lead the design and implementation of a 280 KW electric bike project, including layout preparation, material coordination, MEP contractor management and administrative compliance.
Mobile Assembly Plant Project: Direct the design and implementation of a 350 KW mobile assembly plant project, overseeing layout preparation, electrical material coordination and execution.

Equipment and Fixture Engr. - TECNO GROUP

Material Resource Planning: Plan material resources (MRP) for indirect items to ensure production targets are consistently met.
Vendor Coordination: Maintain strong coordination with local and international vendors to sustain optimum inventory levels.
Inventory Monitoring: Continuously monitor parts issuance and adjust ordering trends to align with operational needs.
Logistics Collaboration: Coordinate closely with imports and logistics departments to streamline shipment schedules.
