Export Merchandiser in Marketing department in Bismillah textiles ltd start from March 2019. Detailed procedure and operations of vertically integrated Textile Industry.
- Starting From Spinning, Weaving, Processing, (Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, Lab), Marketing, CMT, QA & QC.
- Works in PPC greigh department responsible for greige issuance and prepare greigh received and issuance also follow up with weaving for delivery of fabric. Prepare manager wise and quality wise reports on daily basis and update to Head of department.
- Work with USA, UK customers keeco, Conker Trading, Avanti linen, Rectella, sunham, Turner Bianca, Deyongs, fabtex Dubai, Indigo Home, Bedding House, Cogetex.
- Manage all type of samples, Strike off, shipment, production and Development samples with proper customers' guideline.
- Follow up of production for updated production status quality quantity and also inline during production.
- Follow up of fabric, Accessory and order related material for timely mange production order for shipments.
- Online third party inspection requests for manage inspections of productions orders on customer requirements.
- Conduct regular meeting time to time with PPC, following to Purchase department and production for timely managing shipments to avoid any delay.
- Having knowledge to find CBM for container calling according production orders for timely moving shipments.
- Work with Quality departments for timely execution of orders and also discuss product quality focus on stitching packing etc.
- Update production report sand timely respond on E-mails
- Raise demand and arrange accessory for timely manage shipments
- Make sales contracts and production orders in system

- Data entry of cut stitching and packing in SAP ERP and report to head of department daily.
