Junaid Ikhlaq

I am Junaid, 46 years of age and a married person. I passed the matriculation examination in 1994 in science subjects. I got a three-year diploma of associate in engineering in CIVL in 1998, I joined the MODERN BUILDERS Sialkot in 1997 till 2001 as a BUILDING SUPERVISOR.

My responsibilities there were to make the bar bending schedule, the layout of the building, leveling, managing building accounts, making the building structure and R.C.C. drawings, and working out all the quantities of different items of work.

After getting experience from MODERN BUILDERS, I took the chance to work in SOLATCH SONS the surgical manufacturing company in the post of ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER from 2001 to 2004. My responsibilities are to handle the production of surgical instruments according to the orders, check the quality of instruments, and handle the storage of the company in addition with manage the finished stock.

I worked for Al Ghareeb Company Saudi Arabia from 2004 to 2006 as a FOREMAN. Look after all the construction work, manage the workforce and maintenance of the inventory store, and operate the Batching Plant of ready mix concrete and Batching Plant of concrete mix for blocks.

My Current Job is as a PRODUCTION MANAGER at SOLATCH SONS from 2006 onward. Created streamlined production schedules and collaborated with production employees to communicate objectives and goals.
