Pre-Camp Surveys:
Conduct initial surveys to assess needs and demographics in the target areas of Sindh.
Submit detailed reports on survey findings, including identified health needs and population statistics.
During pre-camp survey mitigate the expected challenges which camp could cope.
Ensure better route for vehicle, safety, and security. Community Engagement:
Utilize various communication channels and local events to promote upcoming health camps.
Increase community participation and awareness through organized gatherings.
Establish connections with local community leaders, religious figures, health workers, LHWs, Vaccinators, and organizations.
Document all meetings and agreements made with local stakeholders. Awareness Materials:
Display banners and posters at prominent locations.
Distribute Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials among the community.
Supervise and support Lady Health Workers (LHWs) in disseminating health information. Camp Setup and Operations:
Identify and secure suitable venues for health camps, ensuring accessibility.
Arrange necessary equipment and supplies for camp operations.
Identify and establish connections with other NGOs, INGOs, and UN agencies for potential collaboration.
Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and permissions for camps.
