I have extensive experience of hospitality and facilities management spanning over 15 years. I am graduate mechanical engineer and obtained MS degree in Engineering Management as well. I have other professional certifications like boiler engineer 1st class, gas safe, safety officer, fire prevention, water treatment and hispitality customer satisfaction.
I demostrate key skills with managing hotel plantroom operation and maintenance, engineering staff management/performance evaluation, project management, water testing lab operation(legionella and physico-chemical) and remedial actions, waste water plant and treatment, PCA and ISO documentation (9001, 15001, 45001).
I am working with British High Commission as Engineering Manager in facilities/hospitality fornthe last 13 years. My day to day responsibilities include managing plant room operation and maintenance activities, maintenance of 3 No of in-hotels in engineering perspectives, ensiring H&S compliance for legionella prevention, 2x swimming pool operation and maintenance, establishing and implementation of energy saving procdures and practices(schedules, load mamagement, lighting and equipment enhancement), annual apparaisl and performance management of engineering staff.
