I am a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor and Building Inspector with over 11 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects. I have extensive expertise in site inspections, quality control, compliance with approved drawings and specifications, contractor coordination, quantity verification, and project reporting. I am highly skilled in ensuring construction works meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project deadlines, while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

I am a Civil Site Supervisor and Building Inspector with over 11 years of experience in managing and supervising large-scale infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects, primarily with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Islamabad. My expertise includes site inspections, quality control, compliance with approved drawings and specifications, RCC and infrastructure works, contractor coordination, quantity verification, billing, and progress reporting. I have successfully led projects such as DHA Phase-III development, road infrastructure, drainage and sewerage networks, water supply systems, and construction of main gates and tube well rooms, ensuring all works meet approved standards, safety codes, and project requirements.
Additionally, I have experience in surveying, preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), using Eagle Point for quantity calculations, and reviewing design drawings for compliance. I am committed to delivering high-quality, timely, and code-compliant construction outcomes.
I hold a Master’s degree in Project Management from Capital University of Science & Technology (CUST), where I also received the Dean’s Roll Award for academic excellence. Additionally, I have a B.Tech (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Preston University and a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Technology from the Punjab Technical Board. My formal education has provided me with a strong foundation in project management, civil construction, structural design, and infrastructure planning, which complements my practical experience in site supervision and building inspections.
