- To assure implementations and monitoring of operation aspects of Quality Policy, HALAL food safety policy ,PRP's/GMPS's facility & operations, Sanitation, HACCP implementation, HFSMS and FSMS-22000 in Overall Production Unit
- Develop and maintain hygienic environments at Production plant premises in each step of baking from raw material to end consumer through implementing the national and internal standards Internal Auditing of FSMS: 22000, PPFR:2018,HALAL and etc.
- Dealing with consumer complaints through root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions and recordkeeping.
- Recipe development in System and on floor verification
- Conducting the suppliers' audits, internal audit (Restaurants and out lets), external audits and initiating corrective and preventive activities
- Making sure the prevention from cross contamination by implementing GMPs during production of all products
- Developments & Implementation of Raw & Packaging Materials Specification
- Work on Recipes costing & reduce the cost of established product
Food Safety officer - Bread & Beyond

- Deal with the PFA (Punjab food authority) paperwork, Challan, workers medicals.
- Deal with the PFA (Punjab food authority) certifications.
- Quality check of the ware house (raw materials)
- Hygiene practice of the workers
- Hygiene assurance of the freezers and the production points.
- Other duties as assigned.
Quality officer - Rupali food industries
