Branch Service Officer - Meezan Bank Limited

• Process account opening, closing, editing, and dormant activation/deactivation in accordance with SOP/CAO policy.
• Upload SS Cards in the I24 System for newly opened accounts and update authorized signatures for existing accounts.
• Provide necessary information to the branch and CAO concerning re-assurance documents.
• Address branch and customer inquiries regarding account opening policies and procedures.
• Maintain an adequate stock of UN-issued cheque books.
• Scrutinize, stamp, and sign cheques received at the counter, post them to the relevant accounts, and deliver them to the NIFT clearing house after balancing, as per SOP.
• Scrutiny and posting of inward clearing received from NIFT/ clearing house.
• Preparation of clearing returns and return memos.
• Daily reporting of clearing figures to Treasury Back Office/Main Branch for the settlement as per SOP.
