Intern at POF (Material Testing Labs) (2024-07 – 2024-09)

Gained practical experience in materials testing, including analysis of copper and lead percentages in bullets and shells using both manual techniques and advanced machinery.

• Worked in ferrous and non-ferrous laboratories, performing hardness testing, tensile strength evaluation, and material characterization.
• Conducted pyrometry and participated in heat treatment laboratory sessions to assess and enhance material properties.
• Visited industrial plants for Gun Cotton, TNT, and NAC-SAC production, gaining insight into chemical manufacturing processes and safety protocols
