Manage the complete spectrum of polymer warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse cleanliness.

• Oversee and execute comprehensive inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, monthly stock audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain 99%+ system‑to‑physical stock accuracy, minimizing variances and losses.
• Lead all in bond, out bond activities, warehouse operation, inventory management activities, managing the seamless and compliant movement of inbound and outbound stock, including coordination to production, sales, quality, procurement and finance department for smooth receiving and routine dispatches, and coordination with customs authorities to prevent delays.

• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational challenges for senior management review.
• Stock receiving according to ordered/purchase order and check proper quality, quantity, packing of cartons. Provide a keen eye for details to generate delivery of Challan/ Sale Order into Oracle for stock dispatch to valuable customer
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse layout, storage processes, and picking/packing procedures, enhancing overall operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Liaise with transporters to negotiate competitive rates, monitor performance, and ensure timely and secure delivery of goods to distributors across local and intercity routes.
