- Customer Dealing and Motivate for Sale of Solar Product.
- Ensure timely opening of Store and also ensure their regular closing on daily basis.
- Monitor daily Sales within Store and ensure that Store Cash & Sales are fully reconciled on daily basis at the time of opening and closing, ensure that, not a Store is closed without proper reconciliation.
- Coordinate with respective departments for handling of administrative issues of Store as well as office & Solar maintenance.
- Play a Lead Role as Trainer and Focal Person to organize, conduct and arrange regular training sessions for Sales Staff over all operational Practices, and SOPs of Solar Store.
- To ensure that Branch's location is properly cleaned.
- To ensure that Customer Complaint Box is installed and is in order including the availability of complaint forms, process to lodge complaint etc.
