Customer complaint handling with cross functionalteam.
Implementation of APQP & PPAP as per IATF-16949.
Defining and monitoring of annual & monthly KPI's
Outsource calibration services procurement &management.
Training course development and implementation for the departmental teams.
Development of QC Circles & Kaizen implementation.
Implementation of Lean methodologies.
Development of procedures & implementation oftechnical requirements such as NDT, Dimensional Analysis, Metallographic Analysis, Metallurgical Testing, Mechanical Testing & Endurance Testing.
To Develop & maintain clear ‘’information and workflow system’’ within the department.
Calibration of measuring instruments and maintenance of their traceability record.
Monitoring Incoming Raw Material Inspection &Feedback To The Concerned Suppliers.
Laboratory management as per guidelines of ISO17025.
5-S system development & Implementation.
Monthly cost of poor quality calculation and presentation.
Implementation of MSA (measurement system analysis) & PCA (process capability analysis).
