Marium Syed

I’m Marium Syed, a Psychology graduate with ABA training and a genuine passion for understanding people and helping them reach their potential. I have hands-on experience working with children with autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities in a special-school setting, including children with severe autism, as well as experience working with adults. These experiences have taught me that every individual is different and deserves patience, understanding, and support tailored to their needs.

I enjoy finding ways to make learning easier, encourage positive behavior, and build independence. I want to join your platform to use my knowledge in a practical setting, continue learning as a professional, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people I work with.

I am currently working in a special school, where I support children with learning disabilities, severe autism, and ADHD, helping them develop learning, communication, and behavioral skills according to their individual needs. I have also completed an internship at Transition Special Care Center and gained hospital internship experience at PIMS Hospital, where I gained practical exposure to psychological care and working with individuals with different needs.

I completed my BS in Psychology from International Islamic University Islamabad and a two-month diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I also completed an internship in Human Resources (HR) at NTC, which provided me with exposure to HR practices and organizational processes.
