PCSIR Internship - Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research

• Practical exposure to laboratory testing, chemical analysis, solution preparation, calculations and scientific documentation.
• Performed paper and pulp quality tests including grammage, moisture content, ash content, tearing strength, bursting strength and Cobb test.
• Gained practical exposure to heavy-metal analysis (Na, Ca, Cu, Fe and Mn) in paper pulp using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS).
