• Built secure result handling and batch sync with a remote enterprise backend, reducing transportation risk and turnaround time versus centralized paper-based evaluation.
• Decentralized the grading workflow across IUB-affiliated colleges, cutting logistical overhead during high-throughput exam cycles.
