11- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues, punch lists and warranty issues during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages until the projects are successfully commissioned and handed over.
12- Strong knowledge of API standards including API 660 Shell and tube heat exchanger. 510, 571,572pressure vessels inspection and maintenance, 570 piping Inspection and maintenance 578 Material Verification,653 Tank Maintenance. 579 Fitness for services.
13- Keeping spare parts and consumables with min-max system.
14- Responsible for maximum class spare part availability.
15- Supervise record and perform the mechanical (Static/ Rotary) maintenance activities.
16- Demonstrable commitment to HSE management in a project environment.
17- Quality Assurance – responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system.
18- Safety – responsible for personal safety safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
When ever cover opposition responsibilities. Perform duties as per requirement. Either 5/2 , 14/14 or 28/28.
