• Disbursement against Cash Expenses
• Daily Cash reconciliation – Physical Cash in hand with System (EBS) GL balance.
• Envelope filling and disbursement for Salaries & Wages, Overtime, incentive, full and final settlement, contractor payment against worker reimbursement etc. Reconciliation of unpaid wages with Payroll Sheet.

• "Entries in EBS": Salaries and Wages, Overtime, Incentive, encashment, full and final settlement, and contractor cash payment against worker reimbursements etc.
• Follow up IOU`s / yellow slips with the relevant department/person.
• Unpaid wages update in financial module (EBS).
• Generate Cash Demand for fund arrangement and also make sure that disbursement is made timely.
• Contractor's payment against worker reimbursement and recording as well as reconciliation in system.
• Validate the rate & quantity of scrap item with gate pass and approved rates.
• Recording of scrap sale as received and report to concerned department.
• Responsible for "Physical file keeping" and transfer to "Record Room" i.e. Cash Vouchers, Contractor Bills and Salaries and Wages Sheets, etc.
• Monthly update payroll record in system approx. thirteen hundred employees.
• Final settlement record update and release Cheque to employee.
• Manage and arrange payroll audit in different location.
• Bank dealing regarding cash demand for disbursement of workers' wages
• Timely reconciles cash application and disbursements.
• Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
• As per management instruction conduct surprise cash audit to different units with respect to company policy.
• Worker's strength payroll report prepared on a monthly basis.
• Reconciliation of workers' wages against denomination presented.
• Identifying and preventing fake hiring on expired ID cards.
