I was involved as Team Supervisor, Team Leader, and Team Member in annual and half-yearly statutory audits of the above-mentioned manufacturing and distribution clients operating in Pakistan and KSA.
Areas of my responsibility included the following:
Performing audit procedures (planning activities, test of controls, substantive procedures, and completion activities) to verify management’s assertions regarding all the financial statement line items (assets, liabilities, reserves, income, and expenses) including presentation and disclosures of the financial statement
Audits of the pension fund and provident fund of Indus Motor Company Limited comprising verification of investment portfolio in various ventures including government treasury securities, debt and equity instruments, and verification of members’ account balances
