Muhammad Ansar, live in Pakistan, I'm working in SCT, Brillianze Group, Islamabad as a property facilities supervisor included in my job duties responsibilities are to manage housekeeping department works operational activities on daily basis also managing maintenance works, event set up organizing, pest control management, and Ordering supplies and equipment for each department and checking quality of the material, providing training to staff, dealing and finalizing project cost with 3rd party contractors Ensuring all machineries and equipment’s working in good condition, checking staff work activities and time to time briefing and supporting them in their jobs, refurnishing-civil works-office place's shifting and managing all operational works in property which provide safe and secure healthy atmosphere to the team members of the organization
Foucasing electric, plumbing, fire safety, water system, ahu system also assigning handyman staff to inspect and report to me on daily basis
Managing operational works of EVS and responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness observing, providing all guidelines regarding infection controland local standards while assuring the highest degree of quality patient and visitor care is maintained at all times
Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing all staff. I was providing training to staff how to care for patients in shifting,moving and their daily needs as a human
Managed the day-to-day service delivery and performance of the housekeeping department in a 3* hotel included, standard hygienically cleaning services in the premises & overseeing cleaning professionals
Creating the work schedule for housekeeping. maintenance & pest control works and ensuring that housekeepers cleaning is done in an effective and timely, responsible for cleanliness orderliness and appearance of the entire property
Ensuring that rooms are made as per company standard
Preparing Annual Housekeeping Budget Inspecting and keeping updated record for linen, uniform, and fixed assets
Paying particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities
Developing and Implementing housekeeping systems and procedures
Preparing reports for management information
Assisting purchase department and selecting suppliers for items related to housekeeping
Planning, controlling and supervising horticultural activities
Daily inspecting of public areas and employee’s locker
