Manager Finance

Managing Cash flows & Working Capital to ensure availability of adequate cash flows for the operations of the division.

• Reporting to Senior Management & providing advice as to how the company & future business decisions might be impacted.
• Reviewing, monitoring & managing budgets.
• Examination & analysis of accounting records and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting &procedural standards.
• Analysis of Invoicing, managing short term receivables & Page 2 payables and anticipate challenges arising from limited funds.
• Recommend & maintain a system of policies & procedures that imposes an adequate level of control over Finance department activities.
• Ensure relevant compliances pertaining to taxes, Accounting & HR Manual, Organizational policies, Local laws etc.
• Predicting future financial trends.
• Perform Budget Vs Actual variance analysis.
• Presentation of financial information to senior management and recommend further course of action.
• Propose annual budgets based upon organizational and project specific goals and planned targets.
• Monitor day to day financial operations within the division, such as payroll, invoicing & other transactions.
• Oversee Finance department activities & supervise finance assistants & accountants.
