In my current role at HRSG, I lead the invoice controlling team, ensuring timely recording and compliance, while maintaining error reports and coordinating with the SD team to resolve discrepancies. I manage receivables, customer account reconciliations, and vendor payments, while supporting the Business Development team with client data and providing monthly reports, balance confirmations, and SOAs. Additionally, I have experience in vendor log maintenance, comparative reporting, process automation, and various ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Previously, during my internships with FedEx, PCAA, and SSGCL, I gained exposure to credit and collections, centralized procurement, tendering processes, and both local and international purchasing, strengthening my understanding of operational and financial workflows.
