At Friesland Campina Engro Pakistan Limited (Formerly known as Engro Foods)

During my stay at the site, I had been assigned with the project on OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) of ICP (Ice cream plant) Production Machines and Suggestion for Reduction of Routine Stoppages time. My project objectives include:

• Understanding of OEE ICP Production Machines.
• Understanding of Types Routine Stoppages of respective machines and its impact on OEE
• Data Analysis of Routine Stoppages
• Evaluation for reduction or improvement of routine stoppages
• Development of proposed action plan
