- Review project proposal received from partner organization considering ESMS of the Asian development bank safeguard policies, & ESMS.
- Delivering TBT on daily / weekly base or when a new team of workers start a new activity at sites to promote Departmental Safety Culture
- Conduct frequent field visits to the entire project sites and assess prevailing environmental base line information, determine sensitive receptors, the nature and magnitude of anticipated environmental and social safeguard.
- Cary out stakeholder consultation by visiting respective project site, disclose project ,its significance, purpose of the project and their role at the planning, execution and other mandatory phase of the project.
- Provide technical assistance to all partner organization involved regarding the nature of the project, environmental and social management system & its applicability during all tier of the project rapid environmental assessment, community, engagement health and safety, and other mandatory plans.
- Make weekly & monthly progress report with General Manager.
- Ensure that company policies adhere to local and state regulation.
- Regular correspondence with the Project Management Office (PMO) and project implementation Consultant (PIC) and update them regarding the project activities/progress regarding Environment & social.
