AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN AIRCOM:
The responsibility is to configure radio devices with cabling.
● Trouble shooting.
● Device maintenance.
● Windows and Software installation
. ● Hardware installation or maintenance.
● Outlook configuration.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN MEEZAN BANK:
● The responsibility is to giving the services of branch banking to the customer.
● Working on the UMS
● Working on the T-24.
● Working on the CRM
● Working on the Webmail
● Working on the RDA PORTAL
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES IN SONERI BANK:
● Core responsibility is reporting the SBP about vendor calls and down time activity of ATMs insurer the strict compliance with SBP directives to minimize the possible audit observation on ATMs about downtime and Vender call to regulator the penalties.
● Coordinate with the network team whenever any link or connectivity arises.
● Coordinate with ADC IT and Wackenhut team regarding the onsite/ offsite ATMs hardware/ software issues till resolution
. ● Ensure the replenish and remaining, short and excess cash of ATM through Rosetta. ● Working on the IRIS.
