• Responsible operation of UHT Plant GEA-1 (SACADA 11 & SACADA 12) Capacity 8000L/Hr
• Responsible operation of Tetra pak UHT (Tetra Therm Aseptic Flex) Capacity 4000L/Hr
• Supervision of UHT operator's activities
• Coordination with all the other relevant department for ensuring timely availability of all Receipts ingredients
• Standardize the batch as per recipe and process parameters
• Ensure the quality of raw / standardized product in coordination with QA staff
