I possess three years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a focus on maintenance within both industrial and commercial sectors. I have developed expertise in preventive, corrective, and breakdown repairs, emphasizing the enhancement of equipment reliability and the reduction of downtime. In my current position as a Senior Mechanical (Maintenance) Engineer at Sitara Chemical Industry Limited, I report directly to the Manager of Maintenance for the Coal-Fired Power Plant.

In this capacity, I lead a diverse team comprising Trainee Engineers, Supervisors, Fitters, Fabricators, Assistant Fitters, Multi-Welders, Riggers, and Helpers.

• Facilitate day-to-day plant support to ensure reliability of all equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.), as well as supporting Operations, Testing/diagnostics, Health and Safety, and Commercial.
• Planned and executed preventive and predictive maintenance activities for plant equipment by utilizing NDT tests, periodically, such as Condition Monitoring (CDM), to analyze vibrations and determine equipment health.
• Hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, and overhauling of Pumps, Deep Well Turbines, PA/SA/ID Fans, Root Blowers, Coal Conveyors, and Steam Line Valves (Gate / Globe).
• Hands-on experience with the overhauling of Weifang Haiyang Coal Crusher 110T/hr Hammer Type.
• Planned and executed shutdown activities for 150 /260 TPH CFB Boiler (Wuxi Gauging), 5000RPM Turbine (Hangzhou Steam Turbine), and their auxiliary systems, i.e., replacement of Air Preheater Tubes, working in economizer section, Main Steam Line Valve maintenance, Bellow Maintenance, Thickness Monitoring of Water Walls in Furnace and Economizer zones, HP and LP Heat exchangers, etc.
• Responsible for managing round-the-clock maintenance activities at the plant site by timely managing resources and coordinating with Process departments.
• Ensuring periodic lubrication, greasing, and oil changes for all plant equipment as per OEM recommendations.
• Ensured and standardized the use of the Permit to Work system, implementing Health and Safety standards at the job site, i.e., LOTO system.
• Developed engineered improvements to equipment.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to improve process /equipment reliability.
• Maintained documents for plant equipment specifications, updating plant maintenance history, drawing updates, and maintenance manuals.
• Maintaining third-party contract compliance for projects and day-to-day equipment monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to support multi-project and multi-task activities.
• Lead the activity of expansion of Coal transfer Conveyors, including Hot and Cold joints for belts.
• Assisted in various project activities of commissioning of Induced Draft Fan, PA Fan, and SA Fan.
• Fabrication and installation of the Fire Fighting pipeline.
