Executive Product Support (Parts Department) - HINO PAK MOTORS LTD

• Costing from import parts come japan side.
• Look after counter customers, generating sale invoice & good command on inventory
• Management system Oracles I ll.
• Over all supervision of Warehouse Genuine Parts & Local Parts.
• Supervise dispatching to materials from dealership and customers to all over Pakistan.
• Supervise retrieval of parts from Rocks/ Bins and Placing on feeding racks, trolleys and Pallets model/ stage.
• Notify the shortages if any to Management (Warehouse) for further action.
• Supervise physical inventory counting of genuine parts as per schedule & their Verification with system balance and coordination with finance Department.
• Receipt from Local Parts and Genuine parts there counting and comparing against invoice.
• Shortage parts urgently arranged from plant side as per customer required.
• Closing Monthly sales data report & provide the finance department.
