I have diversified professional more than 10 years work experience in procurement/contract management and  procurement knowledge of different public development International organizations i.e World Bank/ MDTF/ UN/ Govt and INGO on senior strategic Individual Consultancy level positions, which enabled me to be very proactive with regards to identifying procurement issues and handle & mitigate procurement risks, by applying new/alternative& approaches.

I am well qualified for the post as I am MBA (finance) and also completed MS Management Course in part time. I also have all the required skills and technical and professional expertise to take this positions.

Innovative Abilities: I have the greater innovative and creative abilities, based on the Procurement innovation, our project

• ”Won the South Asian Procurement innovative Award-SAPIA among all the South Asian Countries in all MDTF / World Bank Projects regarding Procurement and Organization monitoring regulations and system at International level at SRI LANKA in KP-SADP Project”.

I have a greater adoption and innovative abilities towards the new approaches. I am flexible and adaptive to every environment.

Strategic Management I do have the abilities in developing Structural reforms, framing procurement Policy and guidelines/regulations, development procurement Strategies, regulatory frameworks. Management Functions: I have the strong negotiations skills, excellent communication and have the experience and knowledge of different project management functions & operation management.

Personally, I am hardworking, dedicative, critical analyzer, innovative/creative and systematic; always intend to complete the job the best possible manner.
