- In ERP Generate Production order , maintain work in progress reports and analyze data from the ERP system to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create schedule of dispatch order daily , weekly , monthly basis , closely monitor daily dispatches to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our delivery process.

- Start of slasher machine erection with full modification with advance system.
- I report to dyeing manager in the entire process departmental affairs.
- I look after the quality, production and efficiency of warping, dyeing and sizing process.
- My job is to coordinate with production planning and guide them in all respects as far as warp is concerned.
- I also execute the order that arrives from production planning and guide warping,dyeing and sizing process in charges to match the targets such as shade, sizing etc.
- I also guide the in charges in maintaining the quality of lots with respect to shade, sizing, tension, speed and other parameters and compel them to maintain it on the regular basis.
- I also monitor the breakages reports in direct warping, sizing and weaving.
- I look after the weaving complains and maintenance of all the process machines.

- I learned dyeing recipe and warping calculation, maintain dyeing shades ,controlling dyeing parameters.
