Overlook & assist the Shift Engineer on plant site or kiln for smooth operation of two production lines having a total capacity of 3800TPD cement.
Strong working grip on major sections of cement manufacturing process including raw material crushing & grinding, kiln or pyro- process, cement grinding & packing area.
Troubleshooting of hammer crusher, ball mill, vertical roller mill, induced draft fan, kiln, cooler and also managed workforce related problems.
Coordinated with concerned department for smooth working of different auxiliary equipments including pumps, main drives, fans, and timely preventive maintenance of all these equipments to minimize stoppage.
