My self Muhammad Shafique i belong to pakistan . i am a qualified Medical lab Assistant and i have also pass 2 years MLT Diploma.
i am working as a lab Assistant at Faisalabad institute of cardiology since 2008 still .i have experience in different section of pathology (Biochemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Reception, Phlebotomy, Sample managment Department, Store). on this post my basic job responsibilities are following.
Phlebotomy of Patients. Data entry of patients on LIMS . samples identify ,handling ,labeling, transport to their concerning department .separation of serum and plasma by using centrifuge and prepare for testing. Assist with coworker and pathologist.
Making media, reagents, smear and stains . maintained the store inventory. maintenance and cleaning of instruments. Run calibration and check controls of instruments. maintained quality control under the guideline of SOPs. dispose the infectious and non infectious waste. ready the result and reports by system and verified it. note critical values and inform to concerning person. Attend meetings and trainings for improvement
