Currently I am working as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) in MCB Islamic Bank. This is a strategic leadership position that oversees the bank's digital banking channels and digital transformation. This is to collaborates with various stakeholders to drive the adoption of digital technologies and implement digital solutions that align with the bank's overall business strategy.
Plays a pivotal role in reshaping the bank's digital ecosystem, ensuring it remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of customers and the industry.
My Key responsibilities are to ensure customer-centric digital initiatives aimed at delivering an exceptional user experience across various touchpoints, including debit cards, ATMs, Internet and mobile banking etc.
Oversee the development and launch of new digital products and services that cater to customer demands and preferences, fostering a culture of innovation within the bank. Collaborate with the internal and external teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, digital advertising, and other digital channels to promote the bank's products and services. Utilize data analytics to derive insights into customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency, guiding data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Identify strategic partnerships and alliances with Fintechs companies, technology providers, and other stakeholders to foster innovation, access new markets, and enhance the bank's digital capabilities. Ensure that digital strategy should be aligned with bank's vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
