With 26 years of dedicated service in the Pakistan Air Force, I have developed a comprehensive range of administrative skills. My expertise includes preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets, maintaining and updating PAF databases, organizing a secure filing system for confidential documents, answering queries from all PAF personnel service/retired including their widows, updating PAF policies, managing calendars and scheduling appointments, keeping inventory records, managing budgets and logistics for events/meetings and preparing reports and presentations with statistical data. I am confident in my ability to handle various tasks efficiently and effectively, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to a new challenge.
Furthermore, I am highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have experience with a variety of other software programs that are commonly used in administrative support. I am also a quick learner and am always eager to learn new technologies and software programs to improve my skills and be of greater value to my employer.
