Depot Level Experience of ATCR, PAR, MSS-PAR and DWR in terms of relevant RDs repair, upgradation, Modification including comprehensive unscheduled / emergency Tasks at different remote sites.
Ops and Maintenance of Ground field equipment:
Kept ATC controller upto date in terms of Serviceability, Maintenance schedule and current calibration state of ground field equipments such as ILS,DME,TACAN,DVOR and PAR system.
Developing and implementing the comprehensive maintenance plans including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues such as faulty equipment, wiring problems, or communication errors.
Lead a team of technicians or maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure all tasks are executed effectively and safely.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the adherence to relevant regulations,standards and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to optimize energy generation and system performance, such as equipment upgrades, component replacements, or On-Air operational adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance,
and system incidents. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency.
Stay updated with organization trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance O&M practices and increase the overall reliability and profitability of solar installations.
Regularly Monitored and evaluated the progress, performance, and productivity of the CCTV operations across all facilities. Developed and implemented the security policies, protocols and procedures as per Air Headquarters Instructions.Moreover, Prepared the integrated logistics plans, policies and procedures for maintenance support to security Department including procurement, Installation , Repairing of CCTVs and Security Power management.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and service providers to schedule maintenance activities, precure spare parts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Automatic Logistic Management System : Extensive experience in Supply, Inventory Management, warehouse and technical store Management.
Troubleshooting, Repairing and Calibration of Detection Section / Firing Section/ Communication Section SPADA,Crotail Missiles pertaining to Sky Guidance System including AIM-9P Missile.
Runway Lighting operations and maintenance :
Kept the ATC controller updated regarding serviceability and Maintenance through cleaning the fixture, especially the reflector surfaces and the lens of all runway Airfield lights including VASI,PAPIs and Obstruction lights as per schedule / Unscheduled routines before practicing to keep the runway lighting systems working at peak performance.
