I am a highly competent and loyal IT professional with two years’ experience in EBM(CFL Hattar) as a Skilled IT Service Desk Coordinator with a proven track record in IT Service Desk Support, Networking and Installations of Application and System S/w. In my role as a technical support I'll cover one or more areas of expertise, depending on the size of the organization. I have strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills, enabling me to interact with a wide range of clients.
