Moineterning the shift hold with utilities team.
Work order assigned as per requirements.
Control the system and implementation of parameters.
Check the readings sheets and give a go head on proper working with safe rules.
Operate the plant with PLC (Programmable logic control).
Responsible for smooth operation of assigned plant area.
Follow standard Operation (SOP) & Work order.
Preparation of pumps for start-up & maintenance job.
Operate the DHU (Dehumidifiers Unit).
Operate the AHU (Air Handling unit).
Control the operation of Compression Chiller, RO Plant, Screw Compressor, Nitrogen units, dryers, Cooling tower Firefighting system, Drainage system.
Controlling the Temperature pressure & Humidity in production building that is the priority of food Quality of our product.
