• Challenged before the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and subsequently the High Court, on behalf of a Client, the award of PKR. 11 Billion, to a private company for the purposes of, inter alia, conducting entrance examinations for all private and medical colleges of Pakistan as well as conducting graduate assessment examinations for all graduates of medical colleges.
• Represented Shakarganj Sugar Mills Ltd. and Hussein Sugar Mills Ltd. before the Competition Commission of Pakistan, against allegations of Cartelization and manipulating prices of sugar by creating scarcity, in the domestic market.
• Representing Khalid Bajwa, the former Founder and CEO of Patari Pvt. Ltd. (the largest Pakistani music streaming platform) in multiple litigations, pertaining to the first case of #Me too movement, against allegations of harassment, in Pakistan.
