- Coordinate on-site inspections to Audit Physical conditions and safe work practices by continuous follow up of Audit/Inspection Schedule
- Highlight and report all unsafe acts / unsafe conditions, and incidents for corrective measures
- Develop, Gather and Manage HSE data for corporate HSE reports and prepare presentations to present to Safety Committee in consultation with Manager HSE
- To conduct the analysis of Observations, Near Miss and Incidents on Monthly and Annually Basis. Assessing Risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of construction Assists in the development of the project, EHS procedures specific
- Establish emergency response plan of the activities
- Carryout Pre-job site visits to assess the hazards and eliminate the risk
- Conduct self-inspection and internal audits to check the compliance of EHS Standards
- Conduct HSE drives and maintain the records
- Conduct training and orientation to the new employees
- Track and provide regular HSE performance report to Department Head
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of policy and safety standard
- Ensure trainings, meetings and mock drills implemented as part of the Company HSE program
- Ensure effective implementation of PTW and check the effectiveness of control measure
- Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and reported
- Establish Risk assessment and ensure effective implementation at site
- Conduct tool box talk and Safety Trainings
- Carryout tool inspection on interval of Time
- Compile weekly and monthly EHS Statistic report
- Assist HSE manager and implement HSE policy effectively
