Recently graduate in BS Applied Psychology, enthusiastic and motivated to begin my career in the field. I have a strong interest in becoming a child psychologist in the future. I possesses foundational skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychological Testing, and emotional intelligence, which help me understand and support individuals effectively. I am eager to apply my knowledge, develop my skills further, and contribute positivelyy to mental health and well-being.

Volunteer at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (2026-06 – 2026-07)

• Assisted in basic psychological assessments and testing under supervision, including administrating and scoring standard tools.
• Applied basic principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in practing settings, supporting individuals in managing thoughts and behaviors.
• Take client history and conduct basic counselling sessions under supervision.
• Observed and participated in clients sessions, developing skills in active listening, empathy, and rapport building.
