Accounts & Corporate Assistant at Maqbool Textile Mills Limited (2024-07 – 2026-07)

• Ensuring and collection of all required documents from site including Petty Cash Payments and Receipts.
• Post all payments and receipts of petty expenses into software system to update the ledgers and then reconcile with cash book.
• Post all the purchase invoices of raw material such as polyester, viscose and cotton in accounting software to update the ledgers.
• Prepare the payment sheet of PTCL and mobile bill detail for monthly payment.
• Post the different type of vouchers into accounting system such as JV, SCP, PJV, CV, BRV, BV and CRV etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors at the time of audit to providing supporting documents and record.
• Resolve any client concerns or complaints, working closely with other departments to ensure a high level of service.
