I have an overall experience of more than 30 years in Project Monitoring, Project Management, Designing and Execution of Building Works, Infrastructure & Roads, working in the Contract Section, Tendering Procedures, Running & Escalation Bills, Rate Analysis etc. I have worked for Consultants like SMEC (Barqaab), Timeline Consultants, Sampak International in various capacities.
Currently I am working as Project Director with Faisal Town, a very famous real estate brand in Rawalpind/Islamabad area.
Recently I was working as Sr Project Manager at Country Developers, a company owned by Punjab Group of Colleges, on several Multi-Storied Campuses including Construction of G+9 Building for Punjab College Campus at Airlines Society Lahore (completed), Construction of G+7 Building for Punjab College Campus at Vehari Road Multan (completed), Construction of G+8 Building for Punjab College Campus at D-464, 6th Road, Rawalpindi (completed) and G+7 Building for 620 Bed Hospital at Lahore Medical & Dental College (LMDC) Lahore (in progress).
In 2019, I was working as Project Manager for the constructions/infrastructure development for Zaamin City Project (owned by M/s Guarantee Engineers) at Gajju Matta, Lahore, including Roads, Sewer System, Water Supply System, Over Head Tanks, Parks, Mosque etc.
Previously, I worked at The Four Seasons Developers (A PEL/Saigol Group Company) in the capacity of Resident Engineer at Faisalabad with the assigned task of re-organizing the construction methodology, costs, contracts and site administration, completing development works for Four Seasons-2 & Meadows-1 housing schemes.
