Position : Technical Support Associate:
Multiple tasks associated to Network Operations involving troubleshooting of Access Nodes, Trouble Tickets handling, Alarms Monitoring, and Incident Reporting for smooth services.
Level 2 Fault localization and troubleshooting of Access End, like VDSL, ADSL, GPON, VOICE, Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support to Business team for solving complex technical problems, as well as working on customer interface.
IPTV over NMS/Telnet Platform of ZTE, Huawei, Nokia and Fiber Home Vendors Monitoring, Configurations and Troubleshooting of GPON Network at Multi-Vendor including Huawei, Alcatel, ZTE and Fiber Home
